How does the photo quote work?
Snap a couple of pictures of what you need hauled and text them to (346) 573-4832. We’ll reply with a flat‑rate quote (usually within an hour during business hours). No login, no app, no upsell calls.
What does it actually cost?
Small pickups start at $89 for us to come out. For bigger jobs, we give you a flat all-in number two ways: by walking the property or through a free photo quote by text — usually inside an hour during business hours. No rough ranges, no hourly meter, no surprises on the invoice.
Is there anything you won’t haul?
We don’t take hazardous chemicals, paint, large volumes of tires, or medical waste — local regulations don’t allow it. Almost everything else is fair game: furniture, mattresses, appliances, e-waste, yard debris, construction scraps in reasonable amounts.
Where does the stuff actually go?
Reusable items go to local donation centers when they’ll take them. Metals and appliances go to recyclers. Everything else goes to a licensed transfer station. We don’t illegally dump — ever.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can access the items (driveway, side yard, unlocked garage), we can haul. We’ll send before/after photos and your invoice when we’re done.
How fast can you get here?
Same‑day for most jobs in The Woodlands, Spring, and Shenandoah if we hear from you before noon. Conroe and Magnolia next-day is the norm. Bigger projects we’ll usually schedule within 2–3 days.
